BSII intellectual property
BSII product designs, technical documents, CAD drawings, engineering information, methods, software and know-how remain BSII property unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Reports and permitted use
Customers may use reports and deliverables for the purpose supplied. They may not alter, commercially reproduce, reverse engineer or use them to manufacture competing products without written permission.
Customer information and NDAs
Customer drawings, samples and technical information are used only for the requested work and shared only where necessary or legally required. A signed NDA may provide additional terms and prevails if it conflicts with this policy.
Unauthorized use
Access to the website or receipt of documents does not grant a licence or transfer ownership. Unauthorized copying, publication, modification or use is prohibited.
