Quotations, orders and payment
A quotation is valid for its stated period. An order becomes binding when accepted by BSII in writing and remains subject to the agreed scope, specifications, prices, taxes and payment terms.
Delivery and warranty
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Warranty coverage is limited to the applicable quotation, order documentation and BSII Warranty Policy.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
BSII website content, designs, drawings, documentation and technical information remain the property of BSII or its licensors. Confidential information must not be disclosed or used outside its agreed purpose.
Liability, law and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, BSII is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. These terms are governed by Indian law. The parties should first seek a good-faith resolution; otherwise competent courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction unless agreed differently in writing.
