Submission and safety
Supply the requested quantity in suitable, labelled packaging with material identity, application details, a current safety data sheet and known hazards or handling restrictions. Customers are responsible for accurate safety information and lawful transport. BSII may refuse unsafe, unstable or incorrectly declared samples.
Handling and confidentiality
BSII uses reasonable care when receiving, storing and handling accepted samples. Sample identity and customer information are treated as confidential, subject to any separate NDA and legal requirements.
Testing and reports
Work follows the agreed method and available sample condition. Results and recommendations relate only to the tested sample, stated conditions and scope and may not represent other batches or processes.
Return or disposal
Unless return is agreed in advance, residual samples may be disposed of after testing or a reasonable retention period. Return shipping, special storage and disposal costs may be charged.
