Coverage and timelines
BSII supplies within India and may ship internationally, subject to destination and logistics requirements. Estimates depend on configuration, customization, order readiness and carrier availability and are stated in the quotation where possible.
Packaging, transport and freight
Goods are packed for the agreed mode of transport. Freight, insurance, risk transfer and transport responsibility follow the quotation, order confirmation or agreed shipping terms.
Damage and delays
Inspect goods promptly. Note visible damage or shortages on the carrier receipt and report them to BSII with photographs as soon as possible. BSII is not responsible for carrier, customs or other delays beyond reasonable control, but will share available updates.
International shipments
Unless agreed otherwise, the recipient handles destination customs clearance, import permits, duties, taxes and local charges.
