Coverage and period
For the stated warranty period, BSII will assess defects in material or workmanship arising under normal, intended operation. For a valid claim, BSII may repair or replace the affected part or equipment at its discretion.
Exclusions
Coverage excludes normal wear, consumables, accidental or transit damage, unsuitable site conditions, improper storage or operation, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized repair or modification, and use outside the specified application.
Claim procedure
Contact BSII with the model and serial number, purchase details, issue description and supporting photographs or video. Do not return equipment until BSII provides instructions.
Repair or replacement
BSII may troubleshoot remotely or inspect the equipment before confirming coverage. Repair, replacement, travel and freight costs follow the applicable warranty and order terms.
